The plate includes two eggs any style, a choice of bacon or sausage, refried beans, diced potatoes, and fresh homemade tortillas or bread. Every item is made fresh daily using real ingredients, delivering what the restaurant describes as an authentic homemade flavor reminiscent of a family breakfast table.
