Seagoville and Crandall both have their own celebrations Friday night, and North Texas is full of additional options within a short drive of all three towns.

Friday, July 3
Seagoville, C.O. Bruce Central Park. Fireworks in the Park returns to Seagoville from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., presented by the Seagoville Chamber of Commerce Information and Tourism Bureau in partnership with the City of Seagoville and the Seagoville Economic Development Corporation, according to Shop in Seagoville. Admission and parking are both free. Live music comes from Mile Post 595, food vendors will be on site, and the night closes with a fireworks display once it gets dark. The park is located at 1899 North Highway 175 at Seagoville Road.
Crandall, Central Baptist Church. FreedomFest returns to Crandall from 6:30 p.m. until approximately 10 p.m., with organizers calling it one of the largest fireworks shows in Kaufman County, according to Shop in Seagoville. The lineup includes a live Elvis tribute from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., followed by live music from Texas Country Boys from 7:45 p.m. to 9:15 p.m. Gates close at 9:15 p.m. for safety, and the fireworks show begins at 9:30 p.m. Food trucks will be on site, and organizers recommend bringing lawn chairs and coolers, with early arrival advised due to limited parking.
