The Seagoville Planning and Zoning Commission meets Tuesday at 7:30 PM in Council Chambers at City Hall, 702 N. Hwy 175, to consider a zoning change, a restaurant site plan, and a thoroughfare plan amendment, all tied to the same Crestview Drive property.
The meeting opens with approval of minutes from the May 26, 2026 commission meeting, followed by a public comments period. Speakers must register with the Board Liaison in advance and are limited to three minutes.
Planned Development Amendment
Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Case No. 2026 006PD, a request to amend the existing Planned Development zoning at 100 Crestview Drive. The property currently falls under Ordinance 2024 16. After the hearing, the commission will make a recommendation to City Council on whether to approve the amended development standards.
Restaurant Site Plan
The commission will also discuss and take action on Case No. 2026 005SP, a site plan for a restaurant with a drive through at the same 100 Crestview Drive address. Supporting documents in the agenda packet include a traffic impact analysis prepared for Chipotle, though the agenda itself does not name the tenant outright.
Thoroughfare Plan Amendment
A third public hearing covers Case No. 2026 011TPA, an amendment to the city’s adopted Thoroughfare Plan along with a related traffic impact analysis. Reference materials include the 2006 Thoroughfare Plan map and a separate map covering the Crestview and Malloy corridor, both tied to roadway design standards for the area.
The commission will close the meeting with a discussion of future agenda items.
