The City of Seagoville is gearing up for its annual Patriotic Festival, also known as Fireworks in the Park, at C.O. Bruce Central Park.
The event is sponsored by the Seagoville Chamber of Commerce, the City of Seagoville, and the Seagoville Economic Development Corporation.
According to the City of Seagoville, water slides will be open in the early evening with armbands available for ten dollars, offering unlimited rides for the night. Food and drink vendors will be on site throughout the festival.
Live music will follow later in the evening. The Seagoville High School ROTC Color Guard will present the colors at dusk ahead of the fireworks show.
The celebration has become one of the most anticipated community gatherings of the summer in Seagoville, drawing families from across the city to Bruce Central Park for an evening built around music, food, and fireworks.
