Chess Club Meets Twice a Month at Seagoville Public Library

The Seagoville Public Library is hosting a chess club for the community. The club meets after hours on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Players gather from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.

Meeting Schedule and Location

The club meets at the Seagoville Public Library, located at 702 N. Highway 175 in Seagoville. The library is near the intersection of Highway 175 and East Farmers Road.

The next two meetings fall on Tuesday, October 13, and Tuesday, October 27. Meetings continue on the second and fourth Tuesday of every month.

Who Can Join

According to the club’s promotional flyer, players of all skill levels are welcome. That includes beginners as well as advanced players. The flyer lists the club as open to ages 8 and up, with both adults and kids invited.

Organizers say participation is completely free. They also say chess equipment is provided, so players only need to show up.
