Seagoville Dragons football fans will have another reason to stay out after the final whistle Thursday, Oct. 8, when a Fifth Quarter gathering is held following the game.
The event is scheduled from 9:30 p.m. to midnight at Victory Baptist Church, 900 N. Highway 175 in Seagoville. Organizers are advertising an evening of free food, games, and time for students and community members to gather after the football game.
The Fifth Quarter format gives local students a supervised place to continue the evening after leaving the stadium rather than immediately heading home. According to the event announcement, admission activities and food are being offered free of charge.
Victory Baptist Church’s official website confirms the church is located at 900 N. Highway 175, Seagoville, TX 75159.
Free Food, Games and Fellowship
The event flyer promotes the gathering as an opportunity for attendees to spend time together after the game in a relaxed setting. Free food and games are expected to be part of the night, with activities continuing until midnight.
The event is centered around the Seagoville football community, giving players, students, friends, and supporters another place to connect once the game is over.
With the gathering beginning at 9:30 p.m., families should keep the postgame schedule in mind when arranging transportation for students who plan to attend.
