With the start of the new academic year just around the corner, local campuses across Seagoville, Kleberg, and Crandall are opening their doors to welcome students and families for annual “Meet the Teacher” nights and back-to-school celebrations.
Scheduled for Thursday, August 6, 2026, these events provide parents and student-athletes an opportunity to connect with educators, drop off classroom supplies, pick up schedules, and navigate campus hallways before the official start of classes.

Campus Highlights and Details
Seagoville High School
Operating under the theme “It Takes a VILLEage! #OneVilleOneVision2627,” Seagoville High School invites all Dragon families to campus from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Students will be able to pick up their official class schedules, review high school academic and behavioral expectations, meet their course instructors, and explore clubs, sports, and extracurricular organizations.
Seagoville North Elementary School
Seagoville North Elementary is hosting its Open House and Meet the Teacher Night from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM under the banner “Every Student. Every Day. Reaching for the Stars!”
Classroom section rosters will be posted at the main front door entry for all students pre-registered as of August 5. Families can bring school supplies directly to their student’s homeroom teacher, collect bus/transportation tags, and tour the building.
Seagoville Elementary School (SES)
Seagoville Elementary is turning orientation into a festive community gathering with its Back to School Bash at 304 North Kaufman Street. In addition to meeting teachers and dropping off school supplies, attendees can enjoy interactive games, prizes, and local community vendor booths.
Kleberg Elementary & Crandall Middle Schools

Kleberg Elementary School offers the earliest window of the evening, opening its doors from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM for parents to meet their child’s instructional team.

Crandall Middle Schools will host their session from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, allowing parents and secondary students to connect with subject teachers and prepare for the upcoming term.
