Jersey Mike’s Subs is planning a new restaurant at the Malloy Bridges retail center along U.S. Highway 175, adding another nationally recognized dining option to Seagoville’s growing commercial corridor.
The restaurant is expected to occupy the retail suite at 342 N. Highway 175. Commercial property listings identify the space as a 1,237-square-foot shell within Malloy Bridges, a 19,600-square-foot retail development spanning 300 to 344 N. Highway 175.
Project information shared by Coming Soon Texas indicates that interior construction is expected to begin in September 2026 and conclude by the end of December. The work would transform the existing unfinished shell into a functioning restaurant space.
The projected construction schedule should not be considered an official opening date. Restaurant projects may still require inspections, equipment installation, employee hiring, training and final approvals after construction is substantially completed. No opening date, operating hours or hiring information has been publicly announced for the Seagoville location.
The restaurant will be positioned near the intersection of Highway 175 and Malloy Bridge Road, an area that includes Walmart, restaurants, service businesses and other retailers. Property marketing materials report traffic counts of more than 65,000 vehicles per day along Highway 175, giving the planned restaurant visibility from one of Seagoville’s busiest transportation routes.
Jersey Mike’s traces its history to a submarine sandwich shop that opened in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, in 1956. The company has since expanded to more than 3,200 locations in the United States and Canada.
The chain specializes in cold subs prepared with meats and cheeses sliced for each order, along with hot grilled sandwiches. Customers may also order sandwiches “Mike’s Way,” prepared with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, an olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and spices.
The planned Jersey Mike’s would expand Seagoville’s selection of quick-service restaurants and fill a previously available retail space at Malloy Bridges. Additional details are expected as construction progresses and the restaurant moves closer to opening.
