Birders will have a rare opportunity to explore an area normally closed to the public during the Quarterly Central Cell Bird Walk with the Director on Sunday, July 19.
The guided bird walk will take participants into the wetland’s central cells with master birder Kayleigh Bucur. The event is designed for intermediate to advanced birders, though beginners are also welcome to attend.
The walk is scheduled from 6:30 to 11:30 a.m. Cost is $20 per person, and space is limited to 15 participants to provide an enhanced birding experience. Members may apply their promo code at checkout to receive a 20 percent discount.
