Blue Bell Creameries is hitting the road this summer to say thank you to the Lone Star State with a traveling celebration of frozen treats. The iconic Texas ice cream maker will deploy its branded special events truck and trailer to communities across Texas, dishing out free hand-dipped ice cream, frozen snacks and fun giveaways — all to honor the customers who have supported the brand for more than a century.
The tour, which the company is calling a “rolling thank-you,” kicks off on Wednesday, July 15, with two stops in the Dallas area. Residents can enjoy complimentary scoops of what many fans call “the best ice cream in the country” at the following locations:
– Brookshire Brothers – 102 W Gleason St, Crandall, TX 75114, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
– Migalito’s Super Mercado – 1050 S Beltline Rd, Dallas, TX 75253, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
At each stop, the Blue Bell team will serve up hand-dipped cups of popular flavors, along with a selection of frozen snacks and special giveaways while supplies last. No purchase is necessary; the event is purely a gesture of gratitude.
The July 15 appearances are just the start. Blue Bell plans to announce additional tour stops across Texas in the coming weeks, bringing the experience to rural towns and big cities alike. A full schedule, including any weather-related updates, will be available at www.bluebell.com.
