Seagoville Public Library Roundup: May 28

The Seagoville Public Library has two announcements for residents this season, a new summer reading program for all ages and a recurring teen night event for the community’s younger patrons.

2026 Summer Reading Program

It is almost time to unearth a new story with the 2026 Summer Reading Program at the Seagoville Public Library.

The program will run from June 1 through July 31, 2026, offering an opportunity for readers of all ages to explore new books and build a love for reading.

Residents can stop by the library to learn more about how to participate, sign up, and get started, or call (972) 287 7720.

The library is encouraging the community to dive into a good book, discover new stories, and make this summer one to remember.

Teen Night at the Seagoville Public Library

Teen Night is back at the Seagoville Public Library, giving local teens a reason to get out of the house and do something fun on a weeknight.

Teens ages thirteen through seventeen are invited to come hang out for a laid back evening with games, laughs, and a chance to meet other teens from around the community. The event is designed as a welcoming, informal space to chill, play, and connect rather than a structured program.
