Keys to the Community

Be part of the conversation before someone is ready to buy or sell. Help viewers understand the process, prepare questions, and get to know the professional behind your real estate business.

Two ways to participate

Back a story.
Or bring your expertise to one.

Path 01 / Network show sponsor

Support the stories people care about.

Associate your business with recurring school, sports, community, or Spanish-language programming—with a creator leading the show.

  • Opening and closing sponsor recognition
  • Agreed logo, link, and sponsor placement
  • A clearly defined community or topic focus
  • No on-camera role required

Editorial coverage remains independent. Sponsorship does not purchase favorable reporting or control over news decisions.

Path 02 / Business video partner

Make your knowledge part of the lineup.

Participate in a clearly identified sponsored franchise that turns your professional expertise into useful, repeatable programming.

  • Opportunity to appear as the business expert
  • A named format and agreed topic plan
  • Production roles defined before you commit
  • Approved business calls to action

Sponsored business programming is labeled. Professional information is general and does not replace individual advice.

There’s more room in the lineup

Choose the audience.
We’ll help find the fit.

Your business does not need to be the subject of the show. A restaurant can support student creativity. A home-service company can back prep sports. A community-minded business can support original Spanish-language stories.

Schools & sports

After the Bell · Center Stage · Mic Check · At the Buzzer · Final Third

Student life, fine arts, basketball, and soccer.

Community & culture

Aquí en Casa · Nuestra Gente · Local Legends · Good Around Here

Spanish-language programming, local personalities, and community stories.

Business & everyday life

Under the Hood · Comfort Zone · Over Your Head · Money Minute · First Bite

Auto repair, HVAC, roofing, finance, and restaurants.

What your partnership can include

A show.
A presence.
A next step.

A sponsorship proposal should spell out exactly what you’re buying. We’ll agree on the deliverables, schedule, and responsibilities before production begins.

Recognizable association

Your business connected to a named recurring show, with agreed opening and closing recognition.

Logo & business link

Defined brand placements that help viewers find your business after watching.

Website + social

Publication and promotional placements across the agreed network channels.

Clear calls to action

A relevant invitation to visit, learn more, request a quote, or schedule a service.

Category positioning

Discuss exclusivity for a defined show and term, subject to availability and written agreement.

Performance reporting

Review available views, reach, engagement, and trackable link activity. Reporting scope is agreed in advance.

60%

creator share of collected
sponsorship revenue

Your sponsorship helps local talent earn.

Under the Creator Network’s 60/40 model, creators receive 60% of collected sponsorship revenue from their sponsored franchise. Shop in Seagoville retains 40% for sponsor sales, billing, publishing, distribution, branding, and network operations.

Support a creator-led local media model while giving your business a recurring community presence. Creator participation and compensation are established in writing.

Build the right sponsorship

Start with your goals.
Define the right commitment.

Choose a starting point for the conversation. Pricing follows the agreed production scope—not a promise of guaranteed views or customers.

02

Define the audience.

Tell us who you serve, where you work, and what viewers should do next.

03

04

Before you decide

Good questions.
Clear answers.

You should understand the commitment before attaching your business name to a show.

Do I have to appear on camera?

No. You can sponsor a creator-led network show without appearing in it. Business video partners may participate on camera, with the exact role agreed in advance.

Will you film and edit everything?

Production responsibilities vary by show. Your proposal will identify who handles filming, editing, hosting, graphics, and approvals, along with any associated costs. Do not assume a full production crew is included unless it is specified.

Can I sponsor something outside my industry?

Yes. Your business can explore supporting sports, schools, community stories, or Spanish-language programming. We’ll discuss the audience and fit.

Can my business have category exclusivity?

Exclusivity may be considered for a specific franchise, business category, and term. It is subject to availability and must be written into the agreement; it is not automatically network-wide.

Are customers or viewing numbers guaranteed?

No. Results depend on the content, audience, offer, distribution, and other factors. We define deliverables and available reporting, not guaranteed sales, leads, reach, or revenue.

Does sponsorship influence news coverage?

No. Editorial network-show sponsorship does not purchase favorable reporting, suppress coverage, or give a sponsor control over news decisions. Business-video programming is clearly identified as sponsored content.

When will my show start?

The network is preparing for a December 7, 2026 premiere. Individual show launches depend on confirmed sponsorship, creator availability, and an agreed production schedule.

Can I bring an original idea?

Absolutely. Tell us the questions your customers ask, the expertise you can offer, and the audience you want to serve. We can discuss whether it can become a repeatable franchise.

Let’s find your place in the lineup

Your business has something worth sharing.

Tell us what you do, who you want to reach, and the show you’d like to support. We’ll use your answers to start a sponsorship conversation.

No obligation to purchase. Scope and pricing are confirmed before any commitment.
