How Booking Works
1. Submit: Send your request, preferred weekend, business or event details, official link and available photo through the Tally form.
2. Review: Shop in Seagoville checks the details and confirms availability, placement, artwork requirements and booking terms.
3. Pay after approval: Approved advertisers receive a separate Stripe payment link. The submission form does not collect payment. Your placement is reserved after approval and payment.
4. Publish: Your approved placement appears in the agreed Friday–Sunday edition and is labeled Sponsored. These packages cover this guide page; email or social promotion is included only if agreed separately.
Weekly deadline: Submit complete materials by Wednesday at noon Central for the upcoming weekend. Late requests depend on remaining space and production time.
Cancellation and changes: Cancellation, refund and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing before payment. Tell us promptly if event details change or an event is canceled. No automatic renewal is included.
Photos and artwork: Supply materials you have permission to publish. Listing photos work best at 800 × 500 pixels. Presenting sponsor banners should be 1200 × 300 pixels. Artwork assistance, if needed, is discussed before booking.
