Seagoville Updates Department Phone Numbers as Police Officer Test Approaches

Residents trying to reach several Seagoville Police Department services now have updated contact information designed to make it easier to connect directly with the appropriate office.

The Seagoville Police Records Department has a new direct telephone number, 469-319-5000. The number is now listed by the City of Seagoville for Police Records at the department’s offices at 1185 E. Simonds Road.

Residents seeking police reports or other records-related assistance can use the new direct number rather than working through the department’s general telephone system.

Animal Control Number Remains the Same

Seagoville Animal Control has also added a new receptionist, but its public telephone number has not changed.

Residents needing Animal Control can continue calling 972-287-6838. The City of Seagoville currently lists that number for Animal Control and Animal Services at 500 E. Farmers Road.

Animal Services handles a variety of calls involving stray and loose animals, animal complaints, cruelty reports, animal bites, dangerous animals and other animal-related concerns within the city.

Police Department Main Number Still Available

Residents who are uncertain which Police Department office they need can continue calling 972-287-2999 and follow the telephone prompts to reach the appropriate department.

The number remains the main public telephone number for the Seagoville Police Department.

For emergencies involving an immediate threat to life or safety, residents should continue calling 911.
