Meeting Officers Outside an Emergency
National Night Out provides an opportunity for residents and police officers to talk in an informal setting.
For families, that can mean introducing children to local officers, asking questions and becoming more familiar with the people serving their community. For neighbors, the evening offers a reason to step outside, introduce themselves and reconnect with others nearby.
