Current Fall and Winter Pricing
Lake Tenison currently lists different rental periods and prices depending on the day of the week.
Monday through Thursday rentals are $395 and run from 6 p.m. until midnight.
Friday rentals are $695 from 6 p.m. until midnight.
Saturday provides the longest rental period, running from noon until midnight for $795.
Sunday rentals are $595 from noon until midnight.
Those base prices include access to the primary waterfront and gathering areas. Optional tables, chairs, the large tent, and portable restroom service carry additional charges.
A 50% deposit is required to secure an approved reservation.
For example, the current deposit is $197.50 for a Monday-through-Thursday rental, $347.50 for Friday, $397.50 for Saturday, and $297.50 for Sunday.
The Lake Is for the View

Although the lake provides the waterfront atmosphere, it is not operated as a swimming or fishing attraction.
Swimming and fishing are prohibited.
Parents and guardians are expected to supervise children around the waterfront, and guests should remember that Lake Tenison is a natural outdoor property where insects, snakes, and other wildlife may be present.
Firearms are also prohibited on the property.
Required waivers must be completed according to Lake Tenison’s instructions, including appropriate parental or legal guardian waivers when required for minors.
