Connect the form to the record you actually use

Test required fields, unusual characters, missing information, and access permissions before launch.
A spreadsheet may remain suitable for a modest workload. If several employees need assignments, histories, and reminders, a customer management system may be easier to maintain. The right destination is the one the team will use consistently.
