Wednesday brings one of the best Whataburger deals of the summer, along with free nuggets at Wendy’s, discounted Whoppers and several other ways to save on breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Whataburger: Signature Chicken Sandwich for 76 Cents
Whataburger is wrapping up its month-long 76th birthday celebration Wednesday with a Signature Chicken Sandwich for just 76 cents.
The offer is available from 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday and is limited to Whataburger Rewards members ordering through the Whataburger app.
The deal covers the sandwich entrée only and is limited to one redemption per account.
It is the final 76-cent Wednesday special in Whataburger’s August anniversary promotion.
Whataburger also recently introduced its More for $4 menu at participating locations. Choices include the Bacon & Cheese Whataburger Jr., Whataburger Patty Melt Jr., Honey BBQ Chicken Strip Sandwich Jr. and Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip Sandwich Jr.
Wendy’s: Free 6-Piece Nuggets
Wednesday is also Wendy’s Wednesday.
Customers can receive a free six-piece order of chicken nuggets with a qualifying $5 purchase by claiming the Wednesday offer through Wendy’s digital ordering system.
Wendy’s promotions generally cannot be combined with another coupon or offer on the same order.
McDonald’s: Free Medium Fries With $1 Purchase
McDonald’s Rewards members can get free medium fries with a minimum $1 purchase through the McDonald’s app.
The promotion can be redeemed once per week through Oct. 4 at participating restaurants. Delivery orders are excluded.
Breakfast customers also have another option: McDonald’s is offering a $2 breakfast sandwich once per week through the app. Choices include select sandwiches such as the Egg McMuffin, Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit and Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles.
Burger King: Whopper Wednesday
Burger King’s weekly Whopper Wednesday promotion continues for Royal Perks members.
At participating restaurants, customers can find a Whopper for about $3.99 through the Burger King app or website on Wednesdays.
Pricing and participation can vary by restaurant, so customers should check the offer displayed in their Burger King account before placing an order.
Sonic: $1.99 Menu and $7 Meal
Sonic has several everyday specials that can also stretch the Wednesday food budget.
Its current $1.99 Menu includes selections such as the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, Garlic Parmesan Ranch Crispy Tender Wrap, Vanilla Soft Serve Cup and small Barq’s Root Beer Float.
Customers looking for a larger meal can also find Sonic’s $7 Big Deal Meal, which includes a Sonic Cheeseburger, small Premium Chicken Bites, a medium drink and medium fries or tots.
